We are constantly looking for new mentors. If you have questions about becoming a mentor or are ready to start your training as a potential mentor, please fill out the form below.

Simply simply click Become a Mentor and fill out the form which will appear in a seperate window. A CYC Mentor Coordinator will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this form does not mean your application is complete; this form is the beginning of the process for mentoring a child through the CYC.
